■状況
4月4日、豊田市内の高齢者宅に金融機関職員を名乗る者から、「保険料の払い戻し先の口座が古くて振り込めない。キャッシュカードを交換する必要がある。」等と電話がありました。この手口は、その後訪問する犯人にキャッシュカードをだまし取られる手口になります。
■対策
・電話の相手が官公庁や金融機関の職員を名乗っても、その身分を信用せず、お金やキャッシュカードの話があればすぐに家族や警察に相談してください。
・犯人と直接会話をしないように、自宅の固定電話を常時留守番電話設定にしておきましょう。
・電話の相手に録音する旨を伝える被害防止機能付き電話機の導入を検討しましょう。
