11月11日午前11時頃から、知立市内の多数のご自宅の固定電話に、特殊詐欺の前兆電話が架かってきています。電話は、「総務省です。この電話は2時間後に使えなくなります。ご不明な点はボタンの「1」を押してください。」などと自動音声が流れます。
このような電話は、音声の指示に従って、ボタンを押すと、犯人と直接会話をすることになるため、すぐに電話を切りましょう。
■対策
★不審な電話がかかってきたら警察に情報提供を!
被害にあわないために
・自宅の固定電話は在宅中でも留守番電話に設定しましょう。
・ナンバーディスプレイ機能や非通知拒否設定を活用しましょう。
・家族で対策について話し合いましょう。
★国際電話番号による特殊詐欺が急増中です。
固定電話の場合、海外との電話が不要な方は、国際電話不取扱受付センター（0120-210-364）に申し込めば、発信・着信を無償で休止できます。
★警察から金融機関に対し、高額出金の方への声かけや通報を依頼しています。
詐欺の被害防止のためにご理解とご協力をお願いします。
