The *Affordable Housing Development Program Manager* will work towards advancing the City's Affordable Housing Strategy specifically related to increasing the production and preservation of affordable housing in Bellevue.  This position will oversee affordable housing-related developments and investments; establish and build relationships with non-profit and private housing developers, A Regional Coalition for Housing (ARCH), lenders and other housing advocates, including feasibility and financial analysis of proposed expenditures of the City’s affordable housing capital fund.  The Development Program Manager will work closely with team members and cross departmentally to effectively coordinate housing programs and systems, and ensure financial resources are stewarded to maximize affordable housing outcomes for the community. body { font-size: 1em; font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-weight: normal; font-style: normal; color: #333333; }
