Human papillomavirus （ HPV ） is estimated to infect more than 50% of sexually active women at least once in their lifetime.
There are two things we can do against cervical cancer: HPV vaccination and cervical cancer screening.
We send a notice by postcard to those who were born between 1997 and 2007 and have not yet received any HPV vaccine.
HPV vaccine is available from the 6th grade of elementary school, but those born between 1997 and 2007 can be vaccinated free of charge only this year; it takes about six months to complete three doses, so those who wish to be vaccinated should get the first dose early.
In addition, vaccination may cause adverse reactions such as pain and swelling at the vaccination site. Please understand the effects and adverse reactions of the vaccine before inoculating yourself.
