高齢者や体の不自由な人など、避難に時間がかかる人とその支援者は、水や食料等を持って、避難を開始してください。
それ以外の人も避難の準備を整え、周囲の状況に十分注意し、危険だと感じた場合は早めに避難してください。
崖地や斜面の近くに住む人は、早めに避難してください。
避難所への避難が困難な場合は、安全な場所で過ごしてください。

なお、福祉避難所として綾部市保健福祉センターを開設します。
