This is a 4Bed 2bath house with shared bathrooms on the first and second floor respectively. This room will be on the 2nd floor.
Basically, it is a quiet residential area, so someone who doesn't make a lot of noise, such as parties, would be suitable.
I am Japanese, but the rest of us are American. We are 2 males and 2 females. This time, men MOVE OUT. Male or female is OK, but basically you must live alone, not in a couple or with friends.
