Sublet for about 3 months from early March to end of May or early June. Location is close to Park Street, Alameda City. 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive to shopping mall with Trader Joe's, Safeway, TJ maxx, Ross, Kohl's, Daiso, etc.

Wifi, bed, kitchenware, table and chairs, TV, large bookshelf included.

This room is on the second floor of a two-story house, on the south side. It has a sunny living room and is quiet and peaceful.
