-Move in in early November(move in date negotiable)
-Private room on the second floor
-Share 2 bathrooms on the second floor with other female housemates
-Share kitchen, living room, etc on the first floor with other housemates
-Shared appliances ・ cooking utensils available
-Washing machine ・ dryer available
-Some of the furniture in the room is partially furnished on request, bed frame, shelves, lamps, curtains, etc. available for free -Please use common areas with common sense and be willing to participate in regular cleaning of common areas. Please refrain from staying with those who cannot clean regularly. The last resident did not do much cleaning and it was a burden on other housemates.
-No shoes, please use indoor shoes
-For ventilation reasons, no strong smells such as aroma, perfume, nail polish, etc. or eating upstairs
-Housemates are students and working people
-If you have a car, you can park it on the street in front of the house.
