Hello!

I’m looking for an amazing roommate, ideally to move in on Jan 1st.

The place is centrally located in DTLA, near attractions like The Bloc, Walt Disney Concert Hall, Dodger Stadium, Good Samaritan Hospital, and The Broad, as well as Los Angeles Center Studios. Amenities such as Starbucks, Chipotle, and a grocery outlet are just downstairs.

Two roommates will share a bathroom in the hallway. The room also has a decent sized closet, perfect for light travelers.

A bit about me - I’m a male working in the music industry as a Music Producer & Audio Engineer. I’m very respectful, friendly, polite, and clean.

We’re open to anyone who is responsible and appreciates a laid back atmosphere, who are understanding and flexible, creating a harmonious living environment

We will share common areas such as the living room, dining room, laundry room, kitchen, and balcony, so it would be great if we could all maintain a clean shared living area.
