If you lose your key, stain the room, carpet, or mattress, or
make any scratches or holes in the wall, we will refund you the full amount.

Parking space is on the street, but you need a permit
to park nearby.

We usually charge a cleaning fee of ＄ 35 for a stay of less than one month, but
we will waive it for a stay of less than one month.
Convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and bus stops are nearby.
