Safe/ convenient/ stylish/ lively location, clean building, security facilities, quiet environment on the top floor, this rent is very reasonable. The rooms are in a great location, just a 3-minute walk from the station. The entrance of the large building with 50 households, the lobby on the first floor, and the corridor are secured by security cameras and always kept clean.

The owner is friendly, very kind, always attentive and very comfortable. He is also a designer, so the rooms are stylish and clean.
