We are looking for one woman to sublet from December 25 to January 19. We are looking for a non-smoker, clean person who can rent for at least 1 week. after 8 nights it will be $ 50 per night.

2 bed apartment with one Japanese female roommate. You will share the kitchen and bathroom with her. She is very clean and quiet.

The kitchen and bath are shared with one other person. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen utensils.

The laundry is 30 seconds from the house.
