Private room, private toilet and bathroom, with parking space. Laundromat available.

1 min to Pico blvd bus stop, Chase bank, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, etc. within walking distance.

SMC. Santa Monica beach is about 5 minutes drive, and is also conveniently located near UCLA.


Rent is $1200 (including utilities)
