Long Beach- We are renting a room in a condo in the heart of the East Village Arts District.
For students attending CSULB who do not have a car or do not want to drive to school, there is a bus stop near the condo and a direct bus service to CSULB.

The central location is convenient to the aquarium, marina park, outlet malls, and many restaurants.

Private room with shared bathroom. The size is 160 Sqft （ 16X10 ）.

Parking is on the street. Parking can be difficult to find at times.
Located in the heart of Long Beach. Convenient for those without cars.
