Fort Lee Studio Short-term Tenant Wanted ！.

We are looking for a short-term tenant starting in August.
I will be out of the apartment for a few months and am looking for someone to move in during that time.
The apartment is a one-bedroom apartment, but the bedroom is used as a storage room for personal belongings, so it is rented out as a studio.

One person, female preferred.
The kitchen and living room together are about 20 tatami mats.
Furniture will not be provided, but can be discussed.

The term is from 1 month to 3 months.
Safe and quiet location, very convenient for transportation and shopping.
Bus stop to NY is a 5 minute walk, Korean supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, take out restaurants, post office, etc. are all within 5 minutes walking distance. Mitsuwa, Trejo, and Whole Foods are also within a 10 minute drive.
Rent is $1700. Includes water (Cold/Hot), heating, and internet. Utilities are billed as you use them. Deposit will be returned if there is no problem. Parking is an additional $50.
