We are looking for someone to live in the living room of our apartment with auto lock in Korea Town.

Rent:Monthly $ 600 (wifi&electricity not included approx. $ 5-60 )
*Parking inside the gate is required if you have a car

・ mattress, with simple storage
・ kitchen, bath, Shared laundry

Walking distance to train station (Wilshire western), supermarket, restaurants, cafes, and if you are an international student, you can also walk to the language school in Korea Town.

There is a Japanese woman as a roommate, so you can ask for help in Japanese if you have any problems.

Deposit $ 600€ (fully refundable when you move out if there is nothing wrong with the apartment)
