・「保険課の者です。」
・「以前、市役所から緑色の封書を送らせていただいているのですが、確認されたでしょうか？」
・「その封書の中に入っていたのは、医療費還付の手続き書類になります。」
・「申請されていなかったようなので、連絡をさせていただきました。」
・「今日中に手続きをする必要があるのですが、取引のある金融機関はどちらになりますか？」
■その後、犯人は手続と称してATMの操作を指示してきますが、ATMで還付金は受け取れません。
★在宅時の留守番電話設定やナンバーディスプレイの導入で知らない電話には出ないことが効果的です。
★ATM利用時には、携帯電話片手にATMを操作する高齢者に声をかけ、被害防止にご協力願います。
★あなたのご家族（お父さん、お母さん、おじいさん、おばあさん）にも不審な電話がかかってくるかもしれません。被害に遭わないよう、注意喚起をお願いします。
