今週末、気温が高くなることが予想されています。さらに、暑さ指数（WBGT)が「厳重警戒」または「危険」となる見込みとなっています。
身体が暑さに慣れていないと、熱中症になる危険が高まるため、この時期は特に注意が必要です。こまめな水分補給や、涼しい環境で過ごす等の熱中症予防を心がけましょう。
暑さ指数とは・・・
(1)湿度、(2)日射・輻射(ふくしゃ)などの周辺の熱環境、(3)気温の３つを取り入れた指標です。
※３１以上：危険、 ２８以上３１未満：厳重警戒、 ２５以上２８未満：警戒、 ２５未満：注意
◎熱中症は室内、夜間でも発生しています。家の中でも予防行動をとりましょう。
(1)こまめな水分補給を
室内でも、外出時でも、のどが渇いていなくても、意識して水分をとるようにしましょう。1日１．２Ｌ（コップ6杯程度）が目安です。
(2)涼しい環境をつくりましょう
エアコンや扇風機を使用したり、カーテンやすだれを活用して直射日光を避け、暑さを避ける工夫をしましょう。
外出時には・・・
・日傘や帽子の着用を
・日中の外出をできるだけ控え、涼しい時間帯に出かける
・水分を持ち歩く
・無理せず、涼しい場所でこまめに休憩する
