Is there a stray cat shelter near WLA ？?

I know it's a dead end, but if you have any useful information, please let me know and I'll discuss it with you.
It seems that a stray cat has recently taken up residence in my apartment. It seems to spend most of its time on food left by the local cat feeder, but every day it comes to my front door and meows as if it wants to come inside. I pet him for about a minute, and he is reluctant to pet me, but he agrees and doesn't meow any more. I feel bad that I can't always be there for him and it's annoying, but more than that, I feel sorry for him when I see him sitting in front of my apartment all the time, waiting for me to be nice to him. We don't know her sex, age, whether she is neutered or sick, or anything. At first glance, she looks healthy but she is skinny and small. I think she is an adult cat but at first I thought she was a kitten. I don't think it will be too difficult to catch him, as he is somehow attached to me. However, after I catch it, I can't bring it into the house. My old cat panics.
