1 ～ 2 times a week Housekeeper needed （ Burbank ）

Due to a person who has worked for us for several years returning to Japan
1 ～ twice a week （ 5 ～ combined ） for about 6 hours We are looking for someone who can housekeep in Burbank.

cleaning, laundry, cooking （ stocking ） and trash removal mostly.

You don't have to be able to cook, but if you can cut vegetables and make stock after reading cookpat etc., you can do it.
We have a 3Bed room, but basically we ask you to clean 1bed, living room, kitchen and bathroom.
If we have occasional visitors or if needed, we will probably ask you to clean other areas as well, so we will let you know if that is the case.
I would appreciate it if you can come on Wednesday or Thursday, but I can also come on other days, and if you have something to do or are traveling,
I am flexible, such as another day or a day off.

I live with my wife. We don't have children but we have one cat, so we are animal friendly.
We are both pretty easygoing and would be comfortable working with you.

Previous experience as a housekeeper in a hotel is preferred. （ Hourly rate negotiable ）
In addition, hourly rate is （ 1 month ） $ 18 during probationary period and ＄ 20 after that, with pay increase every year.

Must be able to come to Burbank （ Parking available ）
No visa required, but must be able to work long term.
We will be interviewing via Zoom first.
