月例でさせていただいている太陽瞑想会です。
今回はご自身の中に横たわる「罪悪感」を使ってあなたの心の探求をしていきます。
あなたの心の中にはどのくらいの「罪悪感」があるのでしょうか。
自分を愛したいのに、この「罪悪感」が強くて自分自身を愛してあげることができないで悩んでいる人が多いようです。
手放したいのにその方法がわからない、皆さん同じような思いでいらっしゃいませんか。
ご自身の幸せのために、もっと明るく生きていくために、自分のための時間をとってみてあげてください。
家族の事、仕事の事、様々な責任、皆様いろいろお忙しいと思いますが、このご自身の中央に位置する、自分を愛しているということができていないと
何をやっても苦しくなってくるんですよね。
それがすぐわかれば楽なのに、なかなかどうしたらいいかが本を読んでみても、結構その時はいいんですが、ずっと続かないで元のパターンに戻っている自分がある。
