How can I understand my child's anxiety ？
What can I do to help them with their anxiety ？
How can I create a home environment where they can express themselves ？
How can we create an environment where they can express themselves ？

In this course, you will learn about understanding anxiety, anxiety and genetics, anxiety and brain function, anxiety and physical symptoms, and the mechanism of anxiety. We will learn how to work with the anxiety that children feel and how we can work on it in our daily lives and give tips on how to overcome it together.
Parents are welcome to attend this class without worrying alone.
