Located between Waikiki and the University of Hawaii at KCC branch campus, it is said to be an ideal and convenient place to stay for KCC students and those working in Waikiki. It is also located in the upscale residential area of Dimond Hedt, so safety is paramount. It is also a very comfortable place to stay because of the low humidity due to the lack of rainfall in this area. I was also told that it is clean because it is newly built and our house is bug free. There are a lot of buses nearby, buses Nos: 2, 23, 24, 8, 19, 20, 14, 42, and 9, which are really safe, convenient, comfortable, and popular in Hawaii's upscale residential area. With many great restaurants nearby, this is an upscale residential area that everyone wants to live in. We welcome young men and women who do not smoke, as long as they follow our rules. We do not accept people who are staying for less than a month. You can make an appointment to see the house by email. Water, electricity, gas and wifi are included in the rent. Please buy your own consumables. Laundry is free, but let's get together once a week to do laundry. There is no gate right, but you have to be quiet from after 9 pm to 9 am. We would be most grateful if you could help us with a quiet and clean place to rest. We will lend you billiards, table tennis, piano, dance hall, beach equipment, etc. free of charge. One month security deposit, one month rent and $30.00 Hawaii state sales tax are due upon move-in. We do not accept credit cards and will deduct $100 cleaning fee when you move out. Also, you will need to verify your identity if you wish to view the property. If you want to see the house, you need to confirm your identity.
