■状況
一昨日、特殊詐欺の前兆電話が連続発生しました。
また、8月28日(水)午後2時47分頃、熱田区居住の高齢者宅に区役所職員を名乗る男から「夫に医療費の還付金がある。」等と電話がありました。8月29日(木)午前10時49分頃、銀行職員を名乗る男から「受取番号を出すためにはあなたの持っている預金通帳の最後の取引の残高を教えてもらわなければいけません。」等と電話があり、その後、銀行職員を名乗る男の指示に従って指定された熱田区内の店舗にあるATMを操作したところ、現金を騙し取られる被害が発生しました。
■対策
〇犯人は区役所職員、銀行職員、警察官等と言って電話を掛けてきます。
〇電話で「還付金」「キャッシュカード」「暗証番号」等のキーワードが出たら詐欺を疑ってください。
〇自宅の固定電話は在宅中でも常に留守番電話設定にして、犯人と直接会話をしないようにしましょう。
〇被害防止機能付き電話機を活用するのも効果的です。
〇不審な電話は一度電話を切り、家族や警察に相談してください。
〇国際電話による電話詐欺が増えています。
〇国際電話の発着信を無料で休止することができます。
