健康指圧教室を開いております。こちらの講習会は一般の皆様向けの教室なので、
ゆっくり楽しみながら指圧を学んでいただけるカリキュラムとなっております。

■基本的な自己指圧の動作を学ぶことで、ご自身ならびにご家族の健康増進も図ることが出来るようになります。
[カリキュラム内容]
・指圧理論と歴史
・基礎的な筋肉の名称と位置
・自己指圧(頭部から足先まで全身の自己指圧を学べる)
当日講習を受ける際は、動きやすい服装でお越しください。
こちらでマットを用意して講習を行います。膝や腰に負担がある方は一度ご相談ください。
男女比は過去の参加実績からすると5:5になります。お一人様で参加される方が多く、サークルのような雰囲気で
学んでいただけます。
■基本初回コース: 5回(1ヶ月半)
・日時: 日曜日 午前10時 - 午後12時もしくは午後1時 - 午後3時を予定
・場所: 当院
・講習料: 1回 $20
・定員: 8名
