-Lease Takeover from Oct 2024 - August 2025 (can also be from November but would prefer October)
-Rent is $950 a month with utilities included
-Room is furnished with a bed, desk, and nightstand
-Large closet space
-Free private parking
-Built in washer and dryer
-Light kitchen access (no greasy foods)
-No pets
-No smoking
-Single tenant only

A nice, private bedroom in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood in La Habra. There are many supermarkets and restaurants within a 3-10 minute drive. It is only 15 minutes from Cal State, Fullerton and 10 minutes from Downtown Fullerton. Perfect for students and working professionals!
