Can you take care of the dog from July 2 or 3 to 13?

I am looking for someone who can stay here and take care of my dog for a temporary visit back to Japan. 14 years old and mostly napping during the day, he is a very energetic 18 pound bichon, poodle mix white fluffy dog. He is like an angel in the house, but if he senses the presence of a bicycle, motor bike, UPS truck, etc. while out on a walk, he changes and becomes frantic trying to chase them. Therefore, we are only looking for someone who is used to handling dogs. The main thing we would like you to do is to feed and walk the dog in the morning and evening, so you can go out for up to 7 hours during the daytime. He is a dog who is used to being left at home. I have visited several dog hotels and passed the aptitude test, but I have no experience of leaving my dog with a dog sitter, and I think it would be too much of a burden for my dog.
