Looking for someone to babysit （ 15 months ） on an irregular basis.

Hi, I am looking for someone to take care of my 15 month old girl on an irregular basis. I think I will ask you especially on weekday afternoons.
I am looking for someone to take care of my 15 month old girl on an irregular basis, but hopefully on a long term basis.
I am located in Brooklyn, near the N (yellow line), D (orange line), and 36 Street subway lines.

I am currently looking specifically for dates around
September 17, 18, 21-26.
She is always smiling, but she cries when I （ and her mom ） are not around, so I am hoping that she will come over a few times starting in August and get used to me by mid-September.
I think we will be asking the babysitter to help us with the above September dates, while Dad will be accompanying us.

Talking to her in Japanese, reading picture books, singing songs, playing with toys, changing diapers, helping her eat, walking, cleaning up toys, etc.
She loves music, so she is very happy when I sing songs, play rhythm games, dance, etc.
