Looking for a roommate to live in a master bedroom in Costa Mesa.

Room available in apartment in front of Orange Coast College as my roommate is returning home. It is a master room with private bath, walk-in closet, kitchen living room, and balcony shared with my wife and me. Utilities will be added to the rent, so the total will be roughly just under 1,500. My husband and I are rarely home during the week due to work, so it would be good for students who are studying. Parking will be on the street. The room is on the 3rd floor, but there is an elevator.
