This is a relatively new mobile home in Santa Ana. This is one house to rent as is. There is a single family home on a large lot and another mobile home next door. This home is a bit larger than the smaller home next door. There is a large remote gate to enter and exit the property.

The floor plan is: kitchen （ gas ）, living room, loft （ upstairs ）, bathroom （ large shower, toilet, sink ）.
The loft on the second floor has low ceilings, so you will sleep on a futon or mattress.

There is a refrigerator. No furniture.
Washer and dryer are available in the laundry room.
