4月から空きの出るGardenaにある2ベッドルームの一部屋を月1250ドル（光熱費込み）でお貸しします。
場所はWestern AveとRosecrans Ave近く、エルカミノカレッジまで車で7分の距離にあります。

ベッドルーム自体はアパートの2階にあり、バスルームは共用になります。
ベッドルームにはウォークインクローゼット、北向きの大きな窓、エアコンがあります。

私自身も猫を飼っているため、ペット可です。
駐車場は敷地内に1台分しかありませんが、路上駐車も可能です。
立地は非常に便利で、110フリーウェイに近く、Gardenaのフードスポットやマーケットにも近いです。
ランドリーは敷地内にあります。

Renting out the 2nd bedroom in my 2 bd, 1 bath apartment for 1250/month (all utilities included) in Gardena
The bedroom is entirely yours located on the second level in my apartment. Bathroom is shared.
Bedroom has a walk-in closet, large north facing windows and AC unit.

Other things:
Pet friendly as I have a cat myself!
There's only one parking spot onsite, but generally lots of street parking and I'm always happy to work something out.
Location is extremely convenient, located close to the 110 freeway and also to all the food hotspots and markets in Gardena
Laundry onsite!
