We are looking for a short term tenant for one month only until 1/25 due to temporary return to Japan. Near Sawtelle/Marukai/Trader Joe's

Living room/kitchen is shared.

This is a master room with private bathroom. It is fully furnished and equipped with most household items. There is a walk-in closet. You can use my personal appliances and condiments in the room and kitchen ！

Humidifier ・ Hair dryer ・ Vacuum cleaner ・ Portable Heater
Detergent/softener ・ Cleaning supplies/shampoos ・ Body soap

$250 deposit for rent plus
We will check it after you move out and refund it immediately if nothing is missing.
