インフルエンザの注意報の発令について
県内でのインフルエンザの発生が多数となり、注意報が発令されました。
☆インフルエンザを広げないために、できるだけ人ごみを避け、外から帰ったら手洗い、うがいをしましょう。
☆適切な温度、湿度を保ち、栄養と休養を十分とりましょう。
☆咳が出る場合はマスクを着用し、咳エチケットを守りましょう。
