茨城県では、前線の南下に伴い10日夕方から夜のはじめ頃にかけて、線状降水帯が発生して大雨災害発生の危険度が急激に高まる可能性があります。
非常に激しい雨の降る可能性がありますので、無理な外出は避け、低い土地への浸水、河川の増水による氾濫、土砂災害に警戒してください。
