Planning Commission to Hold Public Hearing on Wilburton Vision Implementation 

The Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on the Wilburton Vision Implementation Comprehensive Plan Amendment (CPA) on *Wednesday, May 1 | 6:30 p.m. *

Amendments to the Land Use Map, Wilburton/N.E. 8th Street Subarea Plan, and BelRed Subarea Plan support changes in the Wilburton Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) area toward becoming Bellevue's next urban, trail- and transit-oriented mixed use neighborhood. Following the public hearing, the Planning Commission will make recommendations on the proposed CPAs to the City Council. People may also submit written comments by email to PlanningCommission@bellevuewa.gov before the public hearing.
