週末も厳しい暑さが予想され、熱中症の危険が特に高まっています。室内や夜間でも、注意が必要です。
暑い日は無理をせず、小まめな水分補給や通気性のよい服装、室温の調整などで、気を付けましょう。また、周りの人にも気を配り、熱中症予防を呼びかけ合いましょう。
9月末まで、市役所本庁舎、恵那文化センター、山岡振興事務所、各コミュニティセンター（10カ所）、各福祉センター（4カ所）の開館日に休憩所として開設していますので、ご利用下さい。
