------------------------------------------------------------

City Council considered a request to construct a single-story multi-tenant retail building with drive-through window and parking lot at 210, 218 and 224 W. Lake Lansing Road. The drive-through request required special use review. The Planning Commission recommended approval 7-0 on Jan. 24. A public hearing was originally set for March 5, but it was canceled at the applicant's request to allow time for a traffic statement to be completed. The traffic impact study is included in the agenda item report. View the agenda item report (https://cityofeastlansing.civicweb.net/document/377038/A%20public%20hearing%20to%20consider%20a%20request%20to%20const.pdf?handle=5EAC189C95F94D12837B21BA4B647B49) .
