Healthcare for the Homeless’ (HCHN) Mobile Medical Program is looking for an Area Manager (HSA I) to lead the Mobile Medical Program, in collaboration with the Clinical Supervisory team and nursing leadership. Direct the daily operations of the health service center or program, including supervision and evaluating staffing needs, developing and monitoring program budget, and develop, prioritize and implement program goals and objectives and ensure alignment with all compliance guidelines & regulations. The Area Manager will lead planning, implementing, directing and evaluating the operations of the Mobile Medical Program. Collaborate with staff, colleagues and division director in developing and implementing new program initiatives; ensure compliance with policies and procedures. The Mobile Medical team is comprised of providers, nurses, outreach workers, health education specialists and social workers. Core values of the program include trauma informed systems, equity and social justice and a harm reduction practice. The individual selected for this opportunity will be joining an innovative and progressive team.
