Updated timeline for OSS code revisions

Hello from the King County On-site Sewage System (OSS) Program team!  

The King County Board of Health will now be reviewing and voting on the proposed OSS code updates in *early 2025*. The updated codes will then go into effect on *April 1, 2025*.  

Previously, we had planned to present the proposed updates to the Board of Health during its meeting this month (on Nov. 21). This step has been pushed back because of a delay in the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) [ https://ecology.wa.gov/regulations-permits/sepa/environmental-review ] review process. SEPA reviews are required in Washington for government agencies to review and consider the environmental impacts of proposed projects and actions.
