Street sweeping is canceled on Monday. Monday refuse and recycling will be collected on Tuesday, September 3. FALL Torrance Seasons Registration is Now Open! Lights of Hope at Torrance City Hall A group of cancer survivors and supporters gather outside Torrance City Hall to light luminarias representing loved ones affected by cancer. This gathering was organized by the American Cancer Society – Cancer Action Network volunteers in the Torrance area and raised about $16,000 in the mission to impact the future of cancer.
