Updated Assister Microlearning Modules Now Available!

We are pleased to announce that updated "Reporting Life Changes" and "Reporting Income" microlearning modules have been updated and are now available on the Marketplace Assister Microlearning landing page linked below! These modules focus on core components of the application process and have been updated to reflect recent policy changes as well as changes to the HealthCare.gov online application. Microlearning modules are an optional supplemental education resource for assisters and are not mandatory. The CMS Center for Consumer Information & Insurance Oversight (CCIIO) developed these short and interactive modules as learning aids for assisters in Federally-facilitated Marketplaces (FFMs), including FFMs where the state performs plan management functions, and State-based Marketplaces using the federal platform. These modules are designed to help assisters become more familiar with different parts of the HealthCare.gov application and application process.

Microlearning is best viewed on a computer or laptop using the latest version of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox, as it will appear in its original size. Microlearning is also available on tablets and other mobile devices, and the Marketplace Assister Microlearning site will resize to fit mobile screens.
