The Department of Local Services is seeking a Records Management Specialist to provide centralized records management services, ensuring the maintenance, protection, and accessibility of public records for the Road Services Division. This includes managing records related to engineering services, maintenance, and environmental services.

The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of records management best practices, and be able to effectively communicate and educate department staff on those practices, as well as engage with staff and management to gain a thorough understanding of engineering and other public records, and to translate that knowledge into clear and accessible records retention schedules and file organization plans.
