As of this week, the City of Kent will no longer be sending out SMS text message alerts to subscribers for DriveKent traffic updates.

Email bulletin alerts will continue to be sent out normally and DriveKent.com [ https://www.kentwa.gov/departments/public-works/transportation/traffic-advisories?utm_medium=email&utm_source=govdelivery ] remains unchanged.

If you were previously only signed-up to receive SMS text message alerts, we’d like to encourage you to sign-up for email alerts so you continue receiving notifications for local road closures and traffic impacts.
