Update - Master Data Management (MDM) ID Resolution/Matching Issue Notification:

 

This is a follow up to the notification sent on 09/06/2024 at 09:20 AM. The issue identified below has been resolved and data is updated.

The MDM Team is currently experiencing an issue with our Provider identity resolution/matching process which prevents us performing identity matching for new providers. This issue only impacts the Entity Identifier (EID for new providers, as all other data attributes will be updated and in-sync with the source system data as per our schedule. We are working diligently to resolve the issue and will send a follow-up notification once the issue has been resolved.

 

Please contact the MDM Team at  MDMTeam@cms.hhs.gov and mdmsupport@npss-inc.com should this cause you any issues.
