Dear Neighbors,

I wanted to let you know that we completed major paving on 11th Ave NE between NE 43rd St and NE 50th St this week! We know paving has been impactful and appreciate your understanding during construction. With paving in this area done, *we no longer need to work overnight on Oct. 25* which we had scheduled in case we needed extra time to complete paving.

Now that major paving work is done, we’re working to complete electrical and utility work, finish crossing, intersection, and curb ramp improvements, and getting ready to install the pavement/lane markings and bike lane. Read below for upcoming construction activities.

*Weekend of Oct. 25-27*


* No work scheduled 

*Week of Oct. 28*


* Continued electrical work on NE 47th St, NE 45th St, NE 50th St, and NE Ravenna St
* *Overnight on Friday Nov. 1* we will begin demolition work on NE 47th St. Work will begin at 6 PM and end at 6 AM the following morning.
* *On Saturday Nov. 2*, we will pour sections of the street at NE 47th St. Work starts at 7 AM and end at 3 PM.

*Week of Nov. 4*


* Continued electrical work on NE 47th St, NE 45th St, NE 50th St, and NE Ravenna St
* *Overnight on Wednesday Nov 6th* we will begin installing pavement and lane markings on 11th Ave NE and 12th Ave NE. This work is weather dependent.
