★特殊詐欺の前兆電話多発★
■状況
4月16日から4月18日にかけて、瀬戸市窯町地内や穴田町地内の居住者宅に、総務省や国民生活センターを名乗る男から、詐欺と思われる不審な電話がありました。
「あなたの個人情報が不正に使用されている可能性が高い。あなたの使っている銀行名と口座の残高を教えてください」や「詐欺の被害に遭っているので、あなたの名前と住所などを確認したい」等という内容でした。
■対策
○官公庁や警察官を名乗る電話であっても、利用している銀行や口座情報を伝えて
はいけません。
○不審な電話に出てしまった時は、一人で悩んで行動せず、家族や警察に相談して
ください。
★国際電話を悪用した不審な電話が増えています。国際電話不取扱受付センターへ着信拒否の申請をご検討ください。
★瀬戸警察署では特殊詐欺犯人を逮捕すべく
・警察が行う「ダマされたふり作戦」に協力し逮捕につなげた
・特殊詐欺被害の発生前に食い止めた
・犯人逮捕につながる情報提供をした
という協力をいただけた方へ感謝状等を贈呈しています。
