The Fleet and Communications Division of the Finance & Asset Management Department is recruiting to fill a *Mechanical Services Technician *position. The position works collaboratively with a team of technicians performing maintenance and repair on the City of Bellevue’s fleet of vehicles and equipment. This is skilled work in the repair and maintenance of automotive, light-duty, heavy-duty, and specialized equipment, including both gas and diesel engines.

Currently, the work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., however, candidates must be willing to work alternative shifts, weekends, and be on call during emergency operations.
