Join us for an in-person presentation by Project Sentinel - Housing Solutions and Community Mediation - to learn more about current Landlord Tenant Laws in California. This 1-hour presentation includes a Q&A session.

* Restrictions on rent increases
* The changes in what local agencies are responsible for enforcing, with regard to habitability
