DOW website currently unavailable

LIHUE – The Department of Water (DOW) website, kauaiwater.org is experiencing technical difficulties and is currently unavailable.  Officials are working with the website’s service provider to determine the cause and will provide an update when more details are confirmed.

Additionally, DOW is also working on providing an external link to the online payment portal.  In the meantime, customers wishing to pay via a credit or debit card may utilize the payment kiosk located at the DOW’s main office at 4398 Pua Loke Street.
