Reminder: Deadline to Request a 2025 Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR) Measure Preview Meeting is May 17, 2024

This is a reminder that the deadline to request a 2025 Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR) measure preview meeting with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) QCDR/Registry Support Team (PIMMS Team) is *May 17, 2024*.

If your organization would like to request a meeting, please send an e-mail to QCDRVendorSupport@gdit.com with several available dates and times over a two-week period between February 12, 2024, and May 31, 2024. Please include the names and e-mail addresses of team members who must attend the meeting and the number of measures you would like to discuss. This information will ensure the requested meeting will be able to support the time needed to address all measure questions.

At least 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled meeting, send a single Microsoft Word or Excel document containing the QCDR measures and specifications to QCDRVendorSupport@gdit.com. CMS and the MIPS QCDR/Registry Support Team (PIMMS Team) require adequate time to prepare for the upcoming meeting. If the Microsoft Word or Excel document isn’t received at least 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled meeting, the meeting may be rescheduled.

To accommodate all requests, CMS will prioritize requests made by those who haven’t yet had a meeting.
